About Me
Hi, I’m Durga — a technologist, builder, and lifelong student of how software, data, and AI shape modern organizations.
For the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across enterprise technology, helping teams design and modernize systems at scale — from backend platforms and cloud-native architectures to data engineering, integration layers, and AI-driven workflows. A big part of my career has been spent solving problems that sit between systems, teams, and business strategy: connecting legacy platforms, improving data flow, enabling better decision-making, and building technology foundations that can evolve with the organization.
Lately, a lot of my curiosity has been focused on where AI meets software and data engineering — especially on how intelligent systems can improve data quality, governance, observability, developer productivity, and how enterprises work with large, fragmented datasets.
But this space — CodeToCulture.com — is where I get to stay curious in public.
I started this blog because I learn best by building, experimenting, and explaining. Some posts come from real-world architecture challenges. Others come from late-night rabbit holes around AI agents, programming, cloud platforms, semantic layers, developer tooling, data pipelines, or the future of engineering leadership. What matters to me is not pretending to have every answer — it’s documenting the process of figuring things out.
I’ve always believed the best engineers are teachers at heart. Not because they stand at the front of a room, but because they make complex things easier for others to understand. That mindset has shaped how I lead teams, mentor engineers, and approach technology itself.
This blog is my way of sharing ideas openly – the wins, the failures, the experiments, and the lessons learned while building real systems in a rapidly changing industry. My goal is simple: keep learning, keep building, and help others do the same.
I would love to hear from you—feel free to leave a comment, ask questions, or suggest topics you want to see explored here. Let's create an ongoing conversation and learn together as a community.
If something here helps you think differently, design better systems, or stay curious a little longer, then it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would.
